This is a very pure water without the use of ion exchangers. Electrodeionisation (EDI) technology has great financial savings compared to standard ion exchange modifiers (minimal service costs).

The return on investment in EDI is 3.5 years compared to the cost of resin regeneration in ion exchangers.
